§ 457.18 — Practice under counseling compact.

457.18 An individual who holds a valid privilege to practice in this state may, subject to s. 457.51 (4) , do any of the following:
457.18(1) (1) Practice professional counseling in this state, subject to s. 457.50 (4) .
457.18(2) (2) Practice professional counseling in this state via telehealth, as defined in s. 457.50 (2) (y) , subject to s. 457.50 (7) .
