452.136 452.136(1) (1) False advertising. A licensee may not advertise in a manner that is false, deceptive, or misleading. 452.136(1m) (1m) Advertising enhanced by technology. A licensee shall in all advertising disclose if the advertising has been altered or modified using technology, including artificial intelligence, to add, remove, or change elements of the property, that creates a false or misleading impression of the property. [Note: Effective date note NOTE: Sub. (1m) is created eff. 1-1-27 by 2025 Wis.
