448.74 The affiliated credentialing board shall promulgate rules that do all of the following:
448.74(1) (1) Establish criteria for the approval of educational programs and training under s. 448.78 (1m) (c) and (d) .
448.74(2) (2) Establish a code of ethics to govern the professional conduct of certified dietitians.
