440.981 440.981(1) (1) No person may use the title “licensed midwife,” describe or imply that he or she is a licensed midwife, or represent himself or herself as a licensed midwife unless the person is granted a license under this subchapter or is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse and possesses a certified nurse-midwife specialty designation under s. 441.09 .
