440.455 Each licensed company shall do all of the following:
440.455(1) (1) Maintain passenger trip records for at least one year from the date of each trip.
440.455(2) (2) Maintain all records concerning each participating driver for at least one year after the date on which the participating driver ceases to engage in transportation network services for the licensed company.
