Text
322.115 Any person who for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:
322.115(1) (1) Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement.
322.115(2) (2) Intentionally inflicts self-injury.
