322.095 Any person who does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct: 322.095(1) (1) Resists apprehension. 322.095(2) (2) Flees from apprehension. 322.095(3) (3) Breaks arrest. 322.095(4) (4) Escapes from custody or confinement.
