092  Any person who does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:
092(1) (1) Violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation.
092(2) (2) Having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the state military forces, which it is his or her duty to obey, fails to obey the order.
092(3) (3) Is derelict in the performance of his or her duties.
