321.45
321.45(1) (1) In this section:
321.45(1)(a) (a) “Immediate family” means the spouse and dependent children of a service member who are residents of this state.
321.45(1)(b) (b) “Service member” means a resident of this state who is a member of the U.S. armed forces, including any reserve component, or of the national guard.
321.45(2) (2) The department shall provide financial aid to eligible service members and eligible members of the immediate family of service members. The department shall promulgate rules establishing eligibility criteria and the amount of financial aid.
