321.30 321.30(1) (1) The organized militia of this state shall be known as the “Wisconsin national guard” and shall consist of members commissioned or enlisted in accordance with federal law or regulations governing the national guard. 321.30(2) (2) The Wisconsin national guard shall consist of the army national guard and the air national guard.
