302.116(1) (1) In this section:
302.116(1)(a) (a) “Serious sex offense” means a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2) , 948.02 (1) or (2) , 948.025 , 948.06 , or 948.07 or a solicitation, conspiracy, or attempt to commit a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2) , 948.02 (1) or (2) , 948.025 , 948.06 , 948.07 , or 948.085 .
302.116(1)(b) (b) “Sex offender” means a person serving a sentence for a serious sex offense.
302.116(2) (2) As a condition of extended supervision, a sex offender shall live in a residence that the department has approved.
