301.335 Section 51.30 applies to treatment records, as defined in s. 51.30 (1) (b) , maintained by the department of corrections in regard to children adjudged delinquent. The department has the same authority, including rule-making authority, with regard to treatment records maintained by the department that is granted to the department of health services under s. 51.30 .
