301.25 The department, with the approval of the governor, may enter into an agreement containing terms, conditions and covenants approved by the building commission, to participate in the construction of a sanitary sewer system in the area adjacent to the Taycheedah Correctional Institution in the town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac County; to connect the sewer system of the Taycheedah Correctional Institution thereto; to pay sewage disposal charges; and to grant easements or convey land to meet construction requirements.
