299.85 299.85(1) (1) Definitions. In this section: 299.85(1)(a) (a) “Environmental compliance audit” means a systematic, documented, and objective review, conducted by or on behalf of the owner or operator of a facility, of the environmental performance of the facility, including an evaluation of compliance with one or more environmental requirements. 299.85(1)(am) (am) “Environmental performance” means the effects of a facility on air, water, land, natural resources, and human health. 299.85(1)(c) (c) “Environmental requirement” means a requirement in any of the following: 299.85(1)(c)1.

1.Chapters 29 to 31 , 160 , or 280 to 299 , a rule promulgated under one of those chapters, or a permit, license, other approval, or order issued by the department under one of those chapters. 299.85(1)(
