295.46 295.46(1) (1) A person who files a bulk sampling plan under s. 295.45 with regard to a proposed mining project shall file, together with the bulk sampling plan, a general description of the proposed mining project. A person who proposes to engage in a mining project, but who does not file a bulk sampling plan, shall file a general description of the proposed mining project with the department at the time that the person provides the notice of intent to file an application for a mining permit under s. 295.465 . The general description shall include all of the following: 295.46(1)(a) (a) A description of the proposed mining site. 295.46(1)(b) (b) A map that shows all of the following: 295.46(1)(b)1.
