285.66 285.66(1) (1) Construction. Unless otherwise specified in a construction permit, the authorization to construct, reconstruct, replace, or modify a stationary source is valid for 18 months from the date of issuance of the permit unless the permit is revoked or suspended. The department may extend the term of the authorization in the construction permit for the purposes of commencing or completing construction, reconstruction, replacement, or modification. Unless otherwise specified in a construction permit, the department may only extend the term of the authorization in the permit for up to 18 additional months beyond the original 18-month period.
