285.43 285.43(1) (1) Limit. After June 30, 1988, the average number of pounds of sulfur dioxide emissions per million British thermal units of heat input during any year from any large source, as defined under s. 285.45 (1) (a) , that is owned by this state may not exceed 1.50. 285.43(2) (2) Compliance. The department shall determine compliance with sub.

(1)using data submitted by state agencies. Each state agency shall provide the department with any information needed to determine compliance. 285.43(3) (3) Noncompliance; report required.
