281.81 In this subchapter: 281.81(1) (1) “International joint commission” has the meaning given in s. 281.35 (1) (h) . 281.81(2) (2) “Remedial action plan” means a comprehensive plan to clean up and restore the environment in a contaminated area that is in or adjacent to Lake Michigan or Lake Superior or a tributary of Lake Michigan or Lake Superior and that is identified as an area of concern by the international joint commission under the Great Lakes water quality agreement.
