254.182 The secretary of administration shall transfer from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (1) (gm) to the general fund the amount of $735,000 when the secretary of administration determines that program revenues from fees imposed under ss. 254.176 (3) (e) and (4) , 254.178 (2) (d) and 254.181 are sufficient to make the transfer.
