244.16 244.16(1) (1) The following persons may petition the circuit court of the county where the principal is present or of the county of the principal’s legal residence to construe a power of attorney or review the agent’s conduct, and grant appropriate relief: 244.16(1)(a) (a) The principal or the agent. 244.16(1)(b) (b) A guardian, conservator, or other fiduciary acting for the principal. 244.16(1)(c) (c) A person authorized to make health-care decisions for the principal. 244.16(1)(d) (d) The principal’s spouse, parent, or descendant. 244.16(1)(e) (e) The principal’s domestic partner. 244.16(1)(f) (f) An individual who would qualify as a presumptive heir of the principal. 244.16(1)(g) (g) A person named as a beneficiary to receive any property, benefit, or contractual right on the pri
