234.54 234.54(1g) (1g) In this section, “capital reserve fund requirement” means, as of any particular date of computation, an amount of money, as provided in the resolutions of the authority authorizing the bonds with respect to which the housing rehabilitation loan program capital reserve fund is established, which amount may not exceed the maximum annual debt service on the bonds of the authority for that calendar year or any future calendar year secured in whole or in part by the housing rehabilitation loan program capital reserve fund. 234.54(1r) (1r) The authority shall establish the housing rehabilitation loan program capital reserve fund to secure the bonds issued under the authority of s. 234.50 , and shall pay into such fund any moneys appropriated and made available by the state
