234.15 234.15(1g) (1g) In this section, “capital reserve fund requirement” means, as of any particular date of computation, an amount of money, as provided in the resolutions of the authority authorizing the bonds with respect to which a capital reserve fund is established, which amount shall not exceed the maximum annual debt service on the bonds of the authority for that fiscal year or any future fiscal year of the authority secured in whole or in part by the capital reserve fund. 234.15(1r) (1r) The authority shall establish one or more special funds to secure its bonds, referred to in this chapter as capital reserve funds, and shall pay into each such capital reserve fund any moneys appropriated and made available by the state for the purposes of such fund, any proceeds of sale of note
