231.23 It is intended that all nonprofit entities in this state be enabled to benefit from and participate in this chapter. To this end, all nonprofit entities operating, or authorized to be operated, under any law of this state may undertake projects and utilize the capital financing sources and methods of repayment provided by this chapter, the provisions of any other laws to the contrary notwithstanding.
