221.1003 A bank failing to make and transmit to the division a report or proof of publication required under this chapter may be required to forfeit to the division not more than $100 for each day after the report or proof of publication was required. If a bank fails or refuses to pay the forfeiture under this section, the division may institute proceedings for the recovery of the forfeiture.
