221.0315
221.0315(1) (1) Insurance intermediary activities permitted. A bank, or an officer or salaried employee of a bank, may obtain a license as an insurance intermediary, if otherwise qualified.
221.0315(2) (2) Insurance underwriting prohibited. A bank may not, directly or through a subsidiary, engage in the business of underwriting insurance.
