221.0213 221.0213(1) (1) Voting requirements. A bank may make, amend or repeal its bylaws by an affirmative vote of shareholders owning a majority of the stock of the bank who are entitled to vote, unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws require a greater number of affirmative votes. 221.0213(2) (2) Content. The bylaws of a bank may contain any provision for managing the business and regulating the affairs of the bank that is not inconsistent with its articles of incorporation or with the laws of this state.
