214.935 In addition to the enforcement authority granted to the division, the following forfeiture provisions apply: 214.935(1) (1) Except as provided in sub.
(2), any person who violates this chapter, any rule promulgated under this chapter or an order of the division may be required to forfeit not more than $10,000. Each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
214.935(2) (2) Any person who fails to comply with a reporting requirement under this chapter may be required to forfeit not more than $1,000 for the first offense and may be required to forfeit not more than $2,500 for the 2nd or any later offense.
