214.925 214.925(1) (1) Except with the prior written consent of the division, a person who has been convicted of a criminal offense involving dishonesty or a breach of trust may not participate, directly or indirectly, in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of a savings bank. 214.925(2) (2) The directors or officers of a savings bank may not permit a person described in sub.

(1)to participate in the conduct of the affairs of the savings bank.
