214.745 The division may prepare a statement of the condition of the savings bank, affiliate, savings bank subsidiary, service corporation or savings bank holding company and may mail the statement to the members or stockholders or may publish the statement as a class 1 notice under ch. 985 . The expense of a mailing or publication shall be paid by the savings bank, affiliate, savings bank subsidiary, service corporation or savings bank holding company.
