214.735 Upon completion of an examination, the division shall provide an examination report to the board of directors of the savings bank or other entity examined. Each director shall read the report and shall sign an affidavit affirming that the director has read and understands the report. The affidavits shall be retained by the savings bank or entity examined and may be examined by the division.
