585  Deposit accounts may be held as follows:
585(1) (1) By an individual in his or her own right, regardless of age, or by 2 or more individuals.
585(2) (2) By a fiduciary if authorized by law.
585(3) (3) By a government or governmental instrumentality if authorized by law.
585(4) (4) By a corporation or other person.
585(5) (5) In any other form receiving the prior written approval of the division.
