Text
214.335 The business and affairs of the savings bank shall be exercised by its board of directors. The board of directors may consist of the number of directors fixed by the bylaws, but may not be fewer than 5. At least two-thirds of the directors shall be residents of this state. A director shall have a fiduciary relationship with the savings bank.
