193.561 193.561(1) (1) Membership interests held by a business entity. If a member entitled to vote is a business entity, the chairperson of the board, chief executive officer, or other authorized agent of the member may cast the member’s votes. 193.561(2) (2) Membership interest held by subsidiary of cooperative. Except as provided in the articles or bylaws or sub.
