193.559 Except as provided in ss. 193.411 (4m) and 193.557 , a member with more than one vote that is entitled to vote may allocate the member’s votes in any way the member chooses. If such a member votes without designating an allocation, the member is considered to have voted all of the member’s votes in that way.
