193.515 193.515(1) (1) Calling a meeting. A special members’ meeting may be called by any of the following means: 193.515(1)(a) (a) By the board. 193.515(1)(b) (b) By petition of the members under this paragraph. Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, the chairperson of the board shall call a special members’ meeting if a written petition requesting the meeting is signed by at least 20 percent of the patron members and is submitted to the chairperson.
