190.11 190.11(1) (1) Every conveyance or lease, deed of trust, mortgage or satisfaction thereof made by any railroad corporation shall be executed and acknowledged in the manner in which conveyances of real estate by corporations are required to be to entitle the same to be recorded, and shall be filed with and maintained by the office of the commissioner of railroads, which shall endorse thereon “filed” and the date of filing. 190.11(2) (2) A record of filing under sub.
