187.20 In ss. 187.20 to 187.28 : 187.20(1) (1) “Director or officer” means any of the following: 187.20(1)(a) (a) An individual who is serving as a president, vice president, treasurer or secretary of an incorporated Roman Catholic church under s. 187.19 (4) or as a director of an incorporated Roman Catholic church under s. 187.19 (5) . 187.20(1)(b) (b) An individual who, while a director or officer of an incorporated Roman Catholic church, is or was serving at the request of the incorporated Roman Catholic church as a director, officer, partner, trustee, member of any governing or decision-making committee, manager, employee or agent of a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise. 187.20(1)(c) (c) An individual who, while a director or
