Text
186.14 The amounts paid in on shares by members who have withdrawn or have been expelled shall be paid to them, but in the order of withdrawal or expulsion as funds become available and after deducting any amounts due from the members to the credit union. Expulsion or withdrawal shall not relieve a member from any remaining liability to the credit union.
