183.0708 183.0708(1) (1) The department may commence a proceeding under sub.

(2)to dissolve a limited liability company administratively if any of the following applies: 183.0708(1)(a) (a) The company does not pay, within one year after they are due, any fees or penalties required to be paid to the department under this chapter. 183.0708(1)(b) (b) The company does not have on file with the department its annual report within one year after it is due. 183.0708(1)(c) (c) The company is without a registered agent in this state for at least one year. 183.0708(1)(d) (d) The company does not notify the department within one year that its registered agent or registered office has been changed, that its registered agent has resigned, or that its registered office has been discontinued. 183.0708(1
