181.0730 181.0730(1) (1) Permissible agreements. Unless prohibited by a corporation’s articles of incorporation or bylaws, two or more members may provide for the manner in which they will vote by signing an agreement for that purpose. 181.0730(2) (2) Enforceability. A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
