180.1801 180.1801(1) (1) Sections 180.1801 to 180.1837 apply to a corporation if its articles of incorporation state that the corporation is a close corporation under ss. 180.1801 to 180.1837 . 180.1801(2) (2) Except as provided in sub.
(3), if an election is made to be a statutory close corporation, ss. 180.1801 to 180.1837 control in the event of conflict with other sections of this chapter.
180.1801(3) (3) If a service corporation organized under ss. 180.1901 to 180.1921 elects to be a statutory close corporation, ss. 180.1901 to 180.1921 control in the event of conflict with ss. 180.1801 to 180.1837 .
