180.1508 180.1508(1) (1) A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state may change its registered office or registered agent, or both, by delivering to the department for filing a statement of change that states all of the following: 180.1508(1)(d) (d) The name of its registered agent, the e-mail address, and the street address of its registered office, as changed. 180.1508(1)(e) (e) The information that is to be in effect as a result of the filing of the statement of change. 180.1508(1g) (1g) A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state may also change its registered office or registered agent, or both, by doing any of the following: 180.1508(1g)(a) (a) Including the name of its registered agent, the e-mail address, and the street address of its
