180.0807 180.0807(1) (1) A director may resign at any time by delivering written notice that complies with s. 180.0141 to the board of directors, to the chairperson of the board of directors or to the corporation. 180.0807(2) (2) A resignation is effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date.
