179.0704 If a partner dies, the deceased partner’s legal representative may exercise any of the following:
179.0704(1) (1) The rights of a transferee provided in s. 179.0702 (3) .
179.0704(2) (2) For purposes of settling the estate, the rights of a current limited partner under s. 179.0304 .
