179.0702 179.0702(1) (1) All of the following apply to a transfer, in whole or in part, of a transferable interest: 179.0702(1)(a) (a) It is permissible. 179.0702(1)(b) (b) It does not by itself cause a partner’s dissociation or a dissolution and winding up of the limited partnership’s activities and affairs. 179.0702(1)(c) (c) Subject to s. 179.0704 , it does not entitle the transferee to do any of the following: 179.0702(1)(c)1. 1.
