179.0122
179.0122(1) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, permissible means of delivery of a record include delivery by hand, mail, conventional commercial practice, and electronic transmission.
179.0122(2) (2) Delivery to the department is effective only when a record is received by the department.
