175.42 175.42(1) (1) In this section: 175.42(1)(a) (a) “University” means Marquette University. 175.42(1)(b) (b) “University police officer” means an officer who is employed by the university police department, who has met the requirements of s. 165.85 (4) (a) 2. and 7.
