169.35 169.35(1) (1) Social security and identification numbers required. The department shall require an applicant who is an individual to provide his or her social security number and an applicant who is not an individual to provide the applicant’s federal employer identification number as a condition of applying for, or applying to renew, any of the following licenses: 169.35(1)(a) (a) A captive wild animal farm license. 169.35(1)(b) (b) A wild fur farm license. 169.35(1)(c) (c) A bird hunting preserve license. 169.35(2) (2) Disclosure of numbers.
