165.967 165.967(1) (1) From the appropriation under s. 20.455 (5) (es) , the department of justice shall in each fiscal year provide $250,000 to the Wisconsin Court Appointed Special Advocate Association. 165.967(2) (2) Annually, the Wisconsin Court Appointed Special Advocate Association shall submit to the governor, the joint committee on finance, and the appropriate standing committees of the legislature under s. 13.172 (3) a report describing the use of the funds received under sub.
