157.129 A city, village or town may enact and enforce an ordinance that does any of the following: 157.129(1) (1) Allows a cemetery consisting of less than the minimum acreage specified in s. 157.128 (1) to be dedicated, as defined in s. 157.061 (4) , in that city, village or town. 157.129(2) (2) Allows a person to establish and use a public mausoleum in a cemetery consisting of less than the minimum acreage specified in s. 157.12 (2) (c) .
